Tampa Crossroads, Inc. was founded by Sister Rose Christina Momm in 1977. Since that time, our agency has grown from its original one facility, traditional halfway house, to the extensive service continuum that we offer today.
Program referrals are accepted from the courts, probation officers or case managers, and many individuals self-refer. Our programs accept individuals who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives, remain drug and alcohol free, and become law-abiding members of the community. At Tampa Crossroads, we offer the skills necessary to assist our clients in learning how to identify and correct the thinking errors and lifestyle choices that have created problems in their lives. Through a collaborative relationship building process involving our qualified and caring clinical staff and the clients, we identify strengths and specific needs of the client and design a treatment plan that will help the women and men that enroll in our programs accomplish their treatment goals and move toward independence. All of our programs emphasize self responsibility, employment and family re-unification. PH# - 813-238-8557
