| About the Program: Financial assistance and case management services are provided to the homeless population of Hillsborough County. Eligible participants are provided services which include non-supervised boarding homes, shelter, utilities, food, incidentals, bus passes, and referrals to employment programs. Individuals must be able and willing to develop and participate in a plan for self-sufficiency. |
