Service Description Edit

The GATES program is designed to assist homeless youth in making a successful transition to independent adulthood. The ultimate goal is to provide each participant with the tools necessary to be a productive member of society, able to thrive in an ever changing society.
Services to be Provided:
>Safe and stable living accommodations in a group home setting
>Psychosocial assessment
>Life skills assessment education & training
>Development of an individualized Life Skills Plan of Service
>Access to Mental Health & Substance Abuse services
>Individual & group counseling
>Assistance to prepare for and obtain employment>Assistance in meeting educational goals
