Eligibility requirements:  Homeless individuals chronically debilitated from substance abuse & mental illness who are incapable of living alone
Hours of operation:  8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Fees charged:  % of income after establishing a job
Intake procedure:  Call for information; Need to be referred and then interviewed
Area served:  Hillsborough/Pinellas Counties

Service Description Edit

This is a forty-eight (48) bed, residential program that provides rehabilitation to homeless individuals chronically debilitated from alcohol/drug addiction and mental illness who are incapable of living independently. Clients must be willing and able to move to independent living within two (2) years. Pre-admission screening is required; priority is given to Hillsborough County residents. Referrals are also accepted from Pinellas County and Bay Pines Hospital.
